Kamal Haasan, who featured in a blockbuster movie, Vikram, which earned more than Rs 300 crore worldwide, has shared his ways of spending the money. The mystery-action film Vikram directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has achieved global success by featuring many superstars; Arjun Das, Shivani Narayanan, and Vijay Sethupathi.
An aspiring politician and Tamil legend, Hasaan put out a massive hit that has become the highest-grossing movie in Tamil Nadu in his career, spanning 60 years. This Indian-Tamil movie revolves around black ops, time-strained missions, and eliminating gangs. Haasan played the lead role of agent Vikram in the film and became a big part of its success. The movie got an 8.9 out of 10 on IMDB rating, which is certified as prosperous and unstoppable in the film industry.
While confirming this international success, Kamal Hasaan recently spoke at a press conference in Chennai about what he’ll do with all the money.
He said, “If everyone should progress, you need a leader who doesn’t have to worry about the money. When I said that ‘I can earn Rs 300 crore in a snap’, nobody understood it. They thought that I was beating my chest. You can see now it’s coming", as quoted by IndianExpress.com.
He further continued, "I will repay all my loans, I will eat to my heart’s content and I will give whatever I can to my family and friends. After that if I don’t have anything left, I will say I don’t have any more to give. I don’t have to pretend to help others by taking someone else’s money. I don’t want any grand titles. I just want to be a good human being".
Vikram will continue with another sequel, Vikram 3. This movie was a continuation of the first-ever Vikram series, which was released in 1996. The blockbuster was produced under Raaj Kamal Films International, a film production company started and owned by Kamal Haasan himself.
