A known fitness enthusiast, Fazal often takes to social media to share snippets from his workout routine where he often performs strength training, weight lifting, cardio, kickboxing, and other intense forms to build and maintain his enviable ripped physique. Often, he treats fans with videos and pictures from his gym hours motivating fans to move to a healthier lifestyle as well. Most recently, he was seen engaging in a shadow boxing session.

Shadow boxing, a warm-up routine performed just before an intense boxing session, aims at prepping the body for the wear and tear that is to follow. He is seen throwing punches repeatedly and tackling his body too in the process.
“Fixing steps and movement.. one at a time. This is after 5 mins of aimless shadow boxing. Yes, I am tired but I remember some of it. Have to work on follow throughs,” he captioned the post.
