2023 Honda CBR250RR has made its official debut in the market of Indonesia. The latest model year change has brought along a range of tweaks and new updates on the motorcycle to renew its rivalry in the segment.
While the Honda CBR250RR motorcycle has always been one of the sharpest-looking bikes in the segment and above, with the new 2023 update, it has become even more aerodynamic thanks to the aesthetic changes. The front section of the bike has received a minor nip and tuck treatment along with newly updated indicators. Also, what gives the bike an even more sportier appeal is the use of new golden-dipped Showa SFF-BP upside-down forks.

The bike has also been updated with a further tuned 250cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine which is now claimed to deliver a performance boost in comparison to the previous model. The engine pushes out 38bhp of maximum power which is marginally up from the last year's model. Moreover, customers can also choose from the SP version which deliver 42bhp. The transmission, however, remains the same six-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch being the new addition. If that was not all, the bike now also gets an optional quick-shifter and three new riding modes.

Honda CBR250RR India launch?
Don't let these updates excite you as Honda is unlikely to bring the bike to the Indian market anytime soon. It is a rival to the likes of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R which is the only four-cylinder motorcycle in the segment. That said, the Indian market offers several similarly equipped bikes such as the KTM RC390 and the Kawasaki Ninja 400.
