BTS’ rapper and dance leader J-Hope has finally made his solo comeback. The anticipation and excitement around his pre-release solo track, MORE has been really high for the past week and we must say, it was worth the wait.
J-Hope announced the release of his solo album with teasers and concept photos. His full-fledged album Jack in the Box will be out on July 15 but before that, the idol gave everyone, a glimpse of what’s in store. The single MORE and its music video were dropped today, July 1. It showcases J-Hope in a never-before-seen avatar.
The concept this time is completely different from what the rapper showed his fans in his first mixtape, Hope World. The MV for MORE is darker and more serious. It tells Hoseok’s story and is filled with references.
Within all the symbolism and hard-hitting imagery, ARMY was able to spot something very heart-warming. They realized that the sunlight during one of the scenes in the MV reflects BTS’ logo. Fans were quick to point that out and felt happy seeing this subtle addition of the group in the video.
