This is what internet commerce company Meesho's founder wrote to the employees while announcing an 11-day break for the upcoming festive season, validating the significance of work-life balance.
“We’ve announced an 11-day company-wide break for a second consecutive year! Keeping the upcoming festive season & the significance of #WorkLifeBalance in mind, Meeshoites will take some much-needed time off to Reset & Recharge from 22 Oct-1 Nov. Mental health is important,” Sanjeev Barnwal's Twitter post read.
The initiative, Meesho said is the first-ever taken by any Indian company in the past.
