Asus Chromebook Flip CX3
Asus has launched its latest range of Chromebooks in the Indian market. The two laptops - the Chromebook Flip CX3 and the Chromebook Detachable CM3 arrived in the Indian market as the two latest laptops in Asus' range. The latest Chromebook Flip CX3 is powered by the latest 11th generation Intel Core-i7 chip and arrives with up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of NVMe storage.
The Chromebook Detachable CM3000 is a sleek tablet with a detachable keyboard finished with a stain-repellent folio cover and gets a premium brushed aluminium unibody design. The detachable Chromebook comes powered by an octa-core processor.

ASUS Chromebook CM3 will be priced Rs 29,999 at and is available in India on Flipkart. The ASUS Chromebook Flip CX3 starts at Rs 49,999 and is available from 20th September 2022 in India from Flipkart.
Asus Chromebook Flip CX3 specifications
The Chromebook Flip CX3 chassis sports a dual-tapered design where the lid and the body converge to form a V-shaped edge and comes with MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability standard.
The laptop also features a 360-degree ErgoLift hinge which adjusts the display at any angle and also lifts and tilts the keyboard so as to form a comfortable typing position. The laptop features a full-sized backlit keyboard and comes with 1.4mm of key travel.
The laptop gets a four-sided NanoEdge display and comes with an 80 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It features a 14-inch Full HD IPS display panel and comes with 178-degree viewing angles.
The laptop arrives with a stylus as well - which according to Asus - can provide up to 45 mins of usage with only 15 seconds of charging.
The Flip CX3 features two cameras - one standard webcam and another world-facing camera. The standard HD webcam gets a shield which can slide over to ensure privacy. The laptop gets two reversible USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 ports for charging devices, streaming media, or connecting devices. The laptop gets a microSD slot too.
Asus claims the Flip CX3 gets up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge.
Asus Chromebook Detachable CM3000 specifications
The newest model from Asus has an aluminium shell, a folio cover, and a detachable keyboard. The gadget is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Kompanio 500 processor and runs ChromeOS. It comes with a 10.5-inch IPS screen with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB of storage.
The Chromebook has an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and a 2MP front camera. Up to 12 hours of battery life are provided by its 27W Li-Po battery. One USB 2.0 Type-C connector that supports PD charging, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a keyboard with a pogo pin interface are available for connectivity. When equipped with a keyboard and stand, the Asus Chromebook CM3 weighs only 915 grammes.
It also includes a stylus that can be stowed inside the gadget and which, when tucked away, begins to charge itself. According to Asus, a 15-second charge provides 45 minutes of use for the built-in stylus. For consumers who want to use the Chromebook as a standalone tablet, the company has also made it simple to remove the keyboard and folio case.
Complimentary 12-month membership to Google One with 100GB will also be provided to users on the purchase of either of the devices mentioned above.
