Triumph Motorcycles India is set to expand its Tiger range of bikes in the country today with the addition of the entry-level Tiger motorcycle, i.e. Tiger 600 Sport. Unveiled globally in October last year, the Triumph Tiger 660 Sport is based on the Triumph Trident 660 but is more of a touring bike than an off-roader. Whereas the twin LED headlamp with LED pilot lamps and air duct give this upcoming Triumph motorcycle in India quite an aggressive stance, while the minimalist side panels and underslung compact exhaust canister serve to enhance the bike's overall aesthetics.
As for features, 2022 Triumph Tiger Sport 660 will come equipped with provisions such as a fully digital instrument cluster, two riding modes, traction control level, dual-channel ABS, and a whole lot more.
Finally, the engine: Triumph Tiger Sport 660 will come powered by the same 660 cc, triple-cylinder engine as the Triumph Trident. This motor belts out a maximum power output of 80 bhp and a peak torque of 64 Nm and will be offered in combination with a six-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch. It must be noted that the company will offer a bi-directional quickshifter as an accessory.
