RRB NTPC Result: Railway minister assures to notify solution soon

Amid Railway Recruitment Board, RRB NTPC Result row, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has assured candidates to notify a solution on RRB NTPC 2021 result soon. The minister on Friday said, High Power Committee has received over 3 lakh representations and a solution will be informed after reviewing the representations. Railway ministry constituted a review committee for RRB NTPC CBT 1 result when the candidates alleged inaccuracy in result and staged a protest.

"The High Power Committee got around three lakh representations which have been analyzed by the committee. The RRB will notify the solution in a few days," tweeted the minister.

The Railway ministry formed a High Power Committee to look into the concerns and doubts raised by the candidates regarding the result of the Non-Technical Popular Categories, RRB NTPC 2021 exam.

Candidates alleged irregularities in the RRB NTPC 2021 1st stage computer-based test (CBT) result. A massive furore was witnessed by the candidates over the matter and the review committee formed by the Railway ministry started their work from February 1, 2022 to find a solution.

As per an ANI report, the committee consists of five members, including Deepak Peter, Principal Executive Director (Industrial Relations), Rajiv Gandhi, Executive Director Establishment (RRB), Aditya Kumar, Member (Administration), Western Railway, Jagdish Alagar, Member RRB/Chennai, Mukesh Gupta, Member RRB/Bhopal.

Notably, the Railways had suspended both the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) and Level 1 tests which were slated for February 15 and February 23, following protest by students who had alleged irregularities in the RRB exam.

Railway recruitment board released the NTPC 2021 results on January 26, 2022. Following the protests by the candidates, authorities also postponed the RRB NTPC CBT 2 and RRB Level 1 exams 2022 until further notice.
