Rahul Mahajan, who is currently in the news for his appearance on Smart Jodi, had once revealed that his Russian wife Natalya had decided to convert to Hinduism after their marriage. The former Bigg Boss contestant had also said that he gives the reference of Lord Shiva and Parvati to his wife for their relationship.

Former Bigg Boss contestant Rahul Mahajan, who is often in the news for different reasons, had once talked about his third marriage with Russian national Natalya Ilina. Rahul, who was earlier married to Dimpy Ganguly (2010-2015) and Shweta Singh (2006-2008), is now married to Natalya, who decided to convert to Hinduism after their marriage.
The former Bigg Boss contestant had opened up about Natalya's decision in an earlier interview. Speaking to ETimes, Rahul had said that he always gives the reference of Lord Shiva and Parvati to Natalya.
"I always tell her that the husband and wife’s relationship should be like Shiv and Parvati. We keep them as our idols in our relationship," he had said, adding that he teaches her Bhagavad Gita and together, they read a lot of mythological stuff.
Rahul had also talked about how he and Natalya don't interfere in each other's matters too much and give each other space. Clarifying that this doesn't mean that they are too apart from each other, Rahul had said that they try to maintain the balance in their marriage. The couple got married back in 2018 and apart from it being a secret for a long time, their relationship was also in the news because of their age gap. While Rahul was 43 when they got married, Natalya was 25.
Currently, Rahul and Natalya are seen on the show, Smart Jodi. In a recent promo of the show, Rahul breaks down as he talks about his father and Natalya. In the snippet going viral, Rahul gets emotional expressing that he feels bad when people call Natalya his third wife. He added that is an "insult" for Natalya.
