Fascinated by a peculiarly innovative gate designed by a man, industrialist Anand Mahindra asked Twitter if he was “a passionate car lover, an introvert who doesn’t want anyone to try and enter his home” or someone with a “quirky sense of humour”. A now-viral video shared by Mahindra shows the body of a car embedded into a metal gate, complete with wheels that slide the entrance before the man emerges from the car door. Whatever it is or is not, the gate is a brilliant optical illusion that can stump anyone at first sight.
