IAS Officer Mocks School Girl After She Asks For Fee Sanitary Pads; NCW Takes Congnisance

A shocking incident has come to the forth from Biahr wherein an IAS officer is seen mocking a school girl when asked for free sanitary napkins from the government. Bihar's Harjot Kaur Bangra who also holds Bihar's women and child development corporation, gave a snarky response to the girl when she asked to give sanitary napkins free which costs up to 20 to 30 rs. The IAS officer asked that is there any end to this demand. 20rs whisper can be given tomorrow and even for family planning should we give condoms for free? Why can't you buy it yourselves?
