The ED claims Raut assisted the accused in perpetrating the scam in consideration for Rs 1.06 crore. "A trilateral agreement was reached in 2008, however, it has yet to be implemented. For the previous five years, we have not received any rent ", claims a resident of Patra Chawl."There is now substantial proof that a Rs 1034 crore fraud occurred.
