Vicky Jain calls Sushant Singh Rajput's demise the toughest phase for him, Ankita Lokhande: No one is ever prepared to handle such a situation

Sushant Singh Rajput's demise came as a shock for many. It is still hard to believe that the actor is no longer with us. The world was shattered to know the passing of Sushant. Ankita Lokhande who dated Sushant Singh Rajput in the past was also left heartbroken. She was with Vicky Jain that time.

Ankita and Vicky got married in December 2021. They are now seen on a reality show, Smart Jodi. While on the show, host Maniesh Paul asked them about how they met and fell in love. Ankita and Vicky revealed that they met in 2013 but were just friends back then. Ankita then shared that she then ended up calling Vicky when she was going through a difficult phase.

She said, "One day, I don’t remember why, I called him up. I somehow just needed him. That was the beginning. We dated each other for three years. In this time, we have understood each other very well. It has been a good phase irrespective of all ups and downs. This man, I want to tell to everyone, not everyone has the capability to stand with his woman through such a difficult time. He was there through out." Post this a video was played when Vicky spoke about the toughest phase of their relationship.

Ankita and Vicky did not take up Sushant's name but were indirectly referring to his shocking demise. Vicky said, "Aisa turn aaya that left, not only us, but the whole world in shock. Whatever happened was shocking and sudden. No one is ever prepared to handle such a situation." Ankita shared, "The time was such. People had different narratives. I was constantly being questioned. When I wouldn’t answer, they would make answer of their own because of which Vicky and I faced a lot."

Vicky said that he is proud of Ankita for handling the situation well and fulfilling her responsibilities. "That time taught us that no matter how unpredictable life is, you need to be together,” he said. Ankita then praised Vicky and said that he loves her like no one else did.
