A boss is being dubbed as the "world's best boss" after she took the employees on an all-expenses-paid trip to Bali.
Employees at Sydney-based marketing firm Soup Agency were surprised when they were taken to the Indonesian island for two weeks.
The company posted a video from the trip on its Instagram feed. Employees can be seen heading out on sunny morning hikes together, quad biking, working by the pool, doing yoga and eating and drinking together while also attending meetings.
"A wrap-up of Bali - first working holiday as a team," the video is captioned.
Katya Vakulenko, Managing Director at Soup, said that the trip was the best team-building experience at the agency since its launch.
"I think it's important for workplaces to all work together as a team, both inside and outside of working hours," Katya told Daily Mail.
"Covid-19 taught us that there are new ways of working and essentially, we can work from anywhere. So we decided to really take that to the next level," she said.
Colleagues from different departments worked together for the first time. They stayed at a luxury villa in Ubud, one hour north of Denpasar.
One of the staff members named Michelle even celebrated her 24th birthday on the trip with an early morning hike up a volcano.
Despite the obvious distractions, the team was productive during the holiday.
"Having the whole agency work, interact, and collaborate was refreshing. It was definitely an experience in life that I won't forget," Digital Marketing Executive Kumi Ho said.
The company is already planning their next "working holiday" which will be in Europe.
