Dimpy Ganguly shared the sweetest news today on her Instagram. The former Bigg Boss contestant announced her third pregnancy. She got married to a Dubai-based businessman, Rohit Roy in 2015. They had a baby girl in 2016 and welcomed a baby boy in 2020.

Dimpy was first married to Rahul Mahajan. He had a Swayamvar show titled Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega, which was a sequel of Rakhi Sawant Ka Swayamwar where he got married to Dimpy. However, soon things turned out to be ugly for Dimpy. After some time of their marriage, reports of fights between them began surfacing online.
Dimpy finally left Rahul's house with bruise marks all over the body. She vowed never to return back again. In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, she spoke about the domestic violence. She said that Rahul beat her up early on Thursday morning after waking her up to know the contents of a message that had just beeped on her phone. Since the phone had the key-pad lock on, Rahul was unable to operate it.
She also shared that the problems started after her insistence on appearing for her second-year exam. Rahul was not happy with her trips to Kolkata for the same and if he was not happy he would get angry and beat. " One such fight got so out of hand that I had to call my mother-in-law. Later he was angry that I had involved his mother in the affair, "she said.
The report in the publication read, "The bruises on her thighs, hands, and forehead were raw, throbbing. She feared for her life, her father’s life, who was at that very moment sitting with the man who had been beating her up." It was also being reported that Rahul had even pointed a gun at her.
Dimpy had said that Rahul was a nice guy but whenever he lost his cool, he would do anything. However, Rahul had refused that anything of this sort had happened.
