Power couple Vivek Agnihotri and his wife aka actress Pallavi Joshi have been the talk of the town for a while now. After the massive success of their film The Kashmir Files, seems like the duo is celebrating by booking a lavish humble abode for themselves.
As per the latest reports, Vivek and Pallavi can now boast of owning a premium residential apartment in Versova, a locality perched in Mumbai's Andheri suburb. To top it off, the property certainly does not come cheap!
As per E times, the couple purchased the apartment from developer of the project Ecstasy Realty, and it set them back a whopping Rs 17.92 crores. Their flat is apparently on the 30th floor and spans across an area covering over 3,258 sq ft, paired with three parking spots.
As per the same report, the duo paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore for the registration, and if the documents accessed through Indextap.com are anything to go by, the value of the property per sq ft was a little over Rs 55,000.
For those of you who may not be aware, The Kashmir Files, starring Mithun Chakraborty and Anupam Kher among others emerged to be one of 2022's biggest blockbuster hits. Touching upon the topic of the genocide of Kashmiri pandits, the film was widely acclaimed for its content and even managed to make over Rs 340 crore worldwide.
Next up, the director has already announced the third movie in his series after The Tashkent Files and The Kashmir Files. Titled The Delhi Files, after the massive success of his latest venture, the audience certainly can't wait to see what Vivek has up his sleeve this time around.
