Rohitash Gaud mourns Jeetu Gupta's son's death

The Indian television industry was still coping up with the loss of Raju Srivastava when the news of Jeetu Gupta's son Aayush's death surfaced on the internet. Jeetu Gupta, who plays the role of Dr. Gupta in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, shared a post on social media to inform fans about unfortunate news.
Jeetu's son Aayush, who was mere 19-year-old, passed away on Wednesday (September 28). The cast and crew of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain was in shock when they received the news of his untimely demise.
Rohitash Gaud, who is seen as Manmohan Tiwari in the hit sitcom, revealed that people on the sets were numb after knowing about the death of their co-star's son's death. The actor, in an exclusive conversation with Times Now Digital, said that the team members are still trying to cope up with the loss of Deepesh Bhan.
"I am not able to understand what is happening with the artists of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain. We recently lost Deepesh Bhan, who was an integral part of the show. He was a healthy man, who collapsed while playing cricket. I was shocked to know the news of Jeetu Gupta's son Aayush's demise. He was only 19 years old," Rohitash said.
The Lapataganj actor shared that the atmosphere on the sets was gloomy when their producer informed them about Jeetu's son's death.
"The entire unit of the show is in shock. After COVID-19 pandemic, everyone including the artists and technicians are living under some sort of stress. A talented comedian like Raju Srivastava passed away after battling for life for over 40 days. It's strange that people, who stayed away from everything (drugs and intoxication), have died," he added.
Rohitash also expressed his concern over Jeetu Gupta's health and revealed that he cried during their conversation.
"Whenever I call Jeetu Gupta to know about his well-being, he gets emotional and says that he is not keen to live. I am afraid about his health as he can suffer from depression after his son's death. Jeetu's son was young and he had big dreams for him," he said.
We offer our deepest condolences to Jeetu Gupta and his family.
