Anupamaa leaves the Shah house forever. Bapuji gets hurt to see Anupamaa leaving. He lashes out at Pakhi, Vanraj, Toshu and Baa for disrespecting Anupamaa.

The latest episode of Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupamaa begins with Kavya hugging Anupamaa. She cries and consoles Anupamaa as she leaves the Shah house forever. Kavya tells Anupamaa that she will always be there for her whenever she needs a friend. Anupamaa thanks Kavya for understanding.
Bapuji comes in and gets emotional as he sees Anupamaa leaving the house. Bapuji cries and blesses Anupamaa and her family. Anuj, Anupamaa and choti Anu then leave. As they reach the Kapadia house, Anupamaa asks Anuj and choti Anu to leave her in the car for some time.

Choti Anu gives a bottle of water for Anupamaa and leaves with Anuj. Anupamaa cries as she thinks of how her kids, Pakhi and Toshu insulted her. She also recalls Baa and Vanraj's harsh words.

On the other hand, as Anuj enters the house, Ankush tells Barkha, Adhik and Sara that Anuj has an announcement to make. Anuj says that he has no announcement. Anuj then asks Sara to make coffee for him and then goes to his room.
At the Shah house, Bapuji enters and breaks down in tears. He lashes out at everyone for disrespecting Anupamaa. He bashes Vanraj and Baa for their behaviour towards Anupamaa. He tells them that a mother is very important in everyone's life.
He shouts at Pakhi for disrespecting her mother and also screams at Vanraj for not telling Pakhi to stop when she was insulting Anupamaa and asks whether he will sit mum when his parents were being insulted.
Bapuji then prays to God to take his life and Kavya consoles him. She gives him water while Kinjal gives him medicine. At the Shah house, Anupamaa tries to distract herself by getting involved in choti Anu and Anuj's conversations. They spend some quality time together.
