Leicester, Birmingham Riots: EAM Jaishankar Strongly Responds To Attacks Against Indians In UK

In the wake of unrest between Hindus and Muslims in UK, the MEA has raised the issue of violence with UK to prevent further attacks. In view of the incidents in Leicester and Birmingham where Indians were targeted, MEA has urged UK to take action against the perpetrators. On September 22, EAM Dr S Jaishankar raised concern over the safety of the Indian diaspora in the UK amid communal clashes.
