Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has finally managed to end Bollywood’s dry spell at the box office by becoming the second highest Hindi grosses of 2022 and entering the Rs 100 crore club.
After delivering the biggest opening and opening weekend of the year in Bollywood, Kartik also entered the Rs 100 crore. club within just 9 days of release, he has now joined Hollywood biggies at New Zealand box office.
As per reports, the young superstar beat big films globally to build the box office of New Zealand this weekend amongst other global superstars such as Tom Cruise, Benedict Cumberbatch and Huge Bonneville. The top 5 big films on the New Zealand's weekend box office were these, with Kartik reserving the 4th spot.

The actor has been on his toes even after the film released so successfully. He was seen promoting the film in Pune, Kolkata, Varanasi etc. He interacted with fans at Gaiety galaxy and has been celebrating with the audience, who he has always treated most important as he has always called himself a fan-made superstar.
The actor had opened up on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 crossing Rs 100 crore in nine days and said, "During a time like this, having delivered a 100 crore collection within the first 9 days of release alone is the most surreal feeling as an actor. I knew the film would do well, but couldn't have imagined it like this."
Meanwhile, it was recently being speculated that Kartik has hiked his fee after the success of the film and the news has been going viral. Slamming all those reports, Kartik just took to Twitter to shut them down. Reacting to one such claim, Kartik wrote, "Promotion hua hai life mein Increment nahi Baseless"
Moreover, with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 now released, Kartik also has films like, Shehzada, Captain India, Freddy and Sajid Nadiadwala's untitled next in his kitty.
