Gokuldham vasi goes to Anjali’s house to convince her to join the ‘rang-ga-rang’ celebration, but she refuses to join them and cries. Others do aarti for Bappa. Then someone arrives with a big parcel and everyone wonders about it. The delivery person then says that it’s for Anjali Mehta and Taarak Mehta ji has sent the gift.
Tapu Sena comes and asks her to go. If someone does something loving, then we should not refuse that act of love. Finally, Madhavi agrees and goes with them to open the gift. Madhavi, Babita, and others blame their husbands for not giving them any gifts.

They start to assume the gifts. Madhavi assumes that as a teddy bear, while Babita assumes that as a double-door fridge. Anjali removes the red wrap from the box and finds a big box and a beautiful card, but Anjali gets more angry and refuses to read the message.

After Madhavi convinces her, she finally agrees to read the letter. She reads out the card aloud and everyone praises their love story and talks about how lucky they are. Anjali gets emotional and cries. Chachaji says, "Taarak truly loves Anjali a lot, and she should accept his gift. Anjali smiles and opens the gift box. Balloons start coming out of the box, and they find the box empty.
Anjali again gets angry and walks on towards her home. In the meantime, someone comes and shouts, "Ganpati Bappa Morya." Everyone gets astonished after listening to the voice and gets to know that it is Taarak. Everyone gets happy and welcomes him. Anjali gets teary-eyed seeing him.
