On Monday, The Delhi Police arrested Journalist Mohammed Zubair on charges of hurting religious sentiments through a tweet. He allegedly insulted the belief and sentiment of Hindus with his provocative tweet which was made in 2018. After being under the custody of Delhi Police, he has been produced in the Patiala Court. Many in the opposition have been siding with Zubair stating that it's a witch hunt by BJP.When he was questioned, Zubair said that the electronic device used for the tweet has been stolen and he had filed a complaint about that too. Reportedly, he had tweeted a video clip of a movie where 'Honeymoon Hotel' was modified into 'Hanuman Hotel' in a 1983 movie itself.
