Sai's symptoms are reported to the Chavans by Ashwini and Virat, and Bhavani prophesies that Sai will get pregnant. Everyone is astonished, but also happy, and they all want Sai to tell them the good news. Pakhi feels worried and believes it is not conceivable since if it were, her plan would fail. Sai arrives at that moment and is shocked to realize that everyone is staring at her. While Bhavani informs Sai of her prediction that she could be pregnant, she queries them about the situation. Sai is startled and reminds them of her medical papers stating that she is infertile.

Sonali adds that the doctor has previously told them that Sai is not capable of bearing children, and even if she does, the child would not be able to live in the womb. Bhavani maintains her optimism and claims to have witnessed multiple pregnancies with problems.

In a joyful mood, Ashwini concurs with Bhavani. She asserts that Sai may have been pregnant and that physicians aren't always right. Sai becomes excited as well but cautions the Chavans not to get their hopes up. Sai decides to take a pregnancy test when Bhavani persuades him to do so. She announces that she will take a test in the medical facility.

Sai promises to inform Virat of the outcome before departing for the hospital. Pakhi, on the other hand, worries and prays that Sai's test results would be negative. Karishma claims that if Sai becomes pregnant, she would give birth to two children. Pakhi enters her room because she is concerned about her standing in the family.

Vaishali hears Pakhi's concern and her fear of losing Virat's attention. While Vaishali attempts to reassure her, she explains that she can't allow Sai to have a child since it will jeopardize her standing in the family. Ashwini arrives at that time and confronts Pakhi about her plans. She asserts that she is aware of her true motivation for acting as Sai and Virat's surrogate.

Vaishali is astonished when Pakhi bravely confronts Ashwini. She asserts that she is unfazed by Ashwini's warning, to which the latter responds by threatening Pakhi with dire consequences if Sai becomes pregnant. Pakhi begins to contemplate as Ashwini leaves the area.

From his workplace, Virat calls Sai and requests that they take a test. She eagerly awaits the outcome but a child unintentionally tosses her test results. She expresses her sadness to Virat. In contrast, he reports to Harish Vyas, who teases him. Virat takes a position in support of himself before leaving the area. Virat and Pakhi go for a checkup in the meantime, and the doctor declares that the infant is safe.

Excited, Virat and Pakhi head back to their house. Sai, on the other hand, shows up and is questioned by everyone about the test findings.
