It was on Monday that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt announced the news of her pregnancy on social media. The Kalank actress took to Instagram and posted a photograph to share the happy news with her Instagram family. Straight from the hospital, the photo featured Alia and Ranbir Kapoor as the parents-to-be were looking at the scan on the screen. "Our baby ….. coming soon ♾❤️✨" wrote Alia as she posted the picture online.
Immediately after Alia shared the photo, the whole of Bollywood brigade rushed to the comment section to congratulate them. Vaani Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Rakul Preet Singh, Kriti Sanon, Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra and Karan Johar among others showered the parents-to-be with love. The whole Bhatt-Kapoor clan also shared congratulatory wishes for the parents-to-be. But one wish that has caught everyone's reaction is that of Rakhi Sawant.
The controversy queen took to social media to congratulate Alia and Ranbir. In a video message, an excited Rakhi called herself maasi as she sent love to the couple. "Aaj mai itni khush hu... yes, congratulations aaj mai maasi ban gayi," she said. The actress couldn't control her excitement and said: "Alia I am so happy, Neetu ji aap dadi banne waali hai." In the same video, the actress also talked about how a family gets complete with the arrival of a baby.
But immediately after Rakhi's video was shared online, the actress got trolled for her wish. "Begani Shaadi mei Abdullah deewana," commented a social media user. Another social media user wrote: "Maan na maan main teri mehmaan." Many of them also dropped laughing emoticons on the video.

As for Alia and Ranbir, the duo got married in April this year. They will next star in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. Prior to that, Ranbir's Shamshera is also lined up for release.
