Anil Kapoor names Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh as most hard working Bollywood actors

Anil Kapoor has been on a promotional spree for his next, Jugjugg Jeeyo. The superstar is particularly excited about the Raj Mehta directorial and has said so on numerous occasions.

In one of his recent interviews during the promotions of Jugjugg Jeeyo, Anil was asked to name the most hard-working actors in Bollywood and he stated that Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh put a lot of effort into their respective characters.

“I think Ranbir, Ranveer, they put in a lot of work,” said Anil during a conversation with Bollywood Hungama. When asked about his reaction to compliments from his colleague in the industry, Anil said, “To be honest with you, there are millions of actors all over the world who work 10,000 times harder than me.”

During the same interview, Anil was also asked to comment on Jackie Shroff’s claim that he keeps switching off the AC in the car. To this, he hilariously replied, “Yeh sab bakwas hai. Sab jalte hain yaar (This is all nonsense. They are all jealous of me).”

Earlier, Anil, who was last seen in Thar which premiered on Netflix, talked about the rise of OTT platforms amid Bollywood's lean phase. "It is important to adapt to the changes and what matters is content. And everything survives. People will get work in different mediums. It is good to see OTT giving opportunities to many new talents. It is fantastic that people are getting work. And even by working on OTT one can be a big star and not necessarily be part of a theatrical release,” he said while addressing the media.

Speaking of Jugjugg Jeeyo, it also stars Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul, and Prajakta Koli. Backed by Karan Johar, Jugjugg Jeeyo is Raj’s second directorial venture after Good Newwz.
