There are barely hours left for the release of Chris Hemsworth starrer Thor: Love and Thunder. Directed by Taika Waititi, the film is a direct sequel to 2017's Thor: Ragnarok and the 29th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film sees Chris Hemsworth reprise his role as the God of Thunder as he recruits Valkyrie (Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and Jane Foster (Portman)—who is now the Mighty Thor—to stop Gorr the God Butcher (Bale) from killing all divinity.
Now, ahead of the film's release, in a virtual press conference when asked about exploring Hemsworth's new side as an actor in the film, both director Taika Waititi and Marvel boss Kevin Fiege opined that the new Thor is what Hemsworth is like n real life, both hilarious and witty.
According to a report in The Indian Express, Chris Hemsworth agreed and referred to himself in the third person, saying, "Yes, he's not acting. It's a documentary, actually."

On a serious note the actor added that there was a huge amunt of pressume going into the film. "Thor is the only character to make a fourth film so far (in the MCU), so I wanted to do something different. I want to always do better with this character."
Earlier, the actor had opened up about Christian Bale, who essays the role of Gorr the God Butcher, saying, "You can’t take your eyes off him. The character is fascinating because, like all good villains, Gorr has a point. He may not be going about it the right way, but there’s empathy in the script, and Christian brought so many more layers and so much more depth to Gorr."
The Taika Waititi directorial is slated for release on July 7 in India.
