The fashionista and gorgeous lady of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor recently took the internet by storm when she and husband Anand Ahuja announced that they are expecting their first child. And two days after the big announcement, the lovely couple made an appearance in a stylish way as they arrived for a store launch in the suburbs of the city.

The duo was accompanied by Sonam's dad and veteran actor Anil Kapoor, who looked dapper in his casual style. The event was attended by Anand's brother Anil's son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor.

The Veere Di Wedding actress donned a blue pant suit and instead of a formal pant, she opted for matching blue jogger-like pants. Instead of her usual fancy shoes, Sonam opted for white sneakers.

Apart from the Kapoor and Ahuja family, the event was also attended by Huma Qureshi, Saqib Saleem, Patralekhaa and others.

Sonam Kapoor shared the pregnancy news by sharing a series of pics with Anand Ahuja and wrote, "Four hands. To raise you the very best we can. Two hearts. That will beat in unison with yours, every step of the way. One family. Who will shower you with love and support. We can’t wait to welcome you. #everydayphenomenal #comingthisfall2022."

On the professional front, Sonam Kapoor will be next seen in Blind. Produced by Sujoy Ghosh, Avishek Ghosh and Manisha W, Prince Nahar and Sachin Nahar of RV Motion, Hyunwoo Thomas Kim, the film is the remake of the Korean film of the same name. It follows the story of a blind police officer who is in search of a serial killer.

The film was completed in 39 days in a start-to-finish schedule in Glasgow, Scotland. It is directed by Shome Makhija, Blind also features Vinay Pathak, Purab Kohli and Lillete Dubey. As per the reports, the makers are planning to release this thriller on an OTT platform

There are reports that Shashanka Ghosh's Battle of Bittora, which was earlier shelved, is set to be resurrected again. Reportedly, Farhan Akhtar will replace Fawad Khan in the film and it will be bankrolled Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor.
