Delhi Police Charged Md Zubair Of Criminal Conspiracy, Times Now Accessed FIR | Latest News

Mohammed Zubair, a co-founder of Alt-News, was brought before the Patiala Court in Delhi today in a case involving an alleged social media post that injured religious emotions. Following the conclusion of his 4-day remand on Saturday, Delhi Police requested his judicial custody. The relevant portions of the FIR were added to reflect the police's allegations of conspiracy and evidence destruction in the case by the defendants. We have recently had access to the FIR copy. The Delhi Police have reportedly added three fresh counts against him, according to the FIR document.
