When rumours of tiff between TMKOC's Dilip Joshi-Shailesh Lodha aka Jethalal-Taarak left everyone shocked

Who isn't a fan of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah? The show has a massive fan following ever since it began in 2008. It is based on the weekly column Duniya Ne Undha Chasma by Taarak Mehta in Chitralekha magazine. The show has completed more than 3400 episodes and is still the favourite of many.

The cast of the show has remained the same but a few changes have been made in the show. We have seen a few actors replacing the old ones. The strong bond between the team makes the show a huge hit. But, last year, there were rumours that Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actors Dilip Joshi and Shailesh Lodha, who play Jethalal and Taarak Mehta respectively, are not on talking terms.

It was reported that the two actors, once best friends, head straight to their vanity vans once their shot is over and do not even smile at each other. These reported left fans shocked but Dilip Joshi finally revealed the truth. In an interview with ETimes, he assured that these are just rumours.

Dilip Joshi had said, "We have been working together for 13 years now. When people talk about a rift, I just laugh it off. Just because someone wants to write something to grab eyeballs on social media, they cook up a story. I don't even feel like clarifying things now or stating that all is well. We are a great team, which is why the show is doing so well. I am comfortable working with my co-actors and the entire team. That is probably why I have not thought about doing anything else. My character and my team keep me going."

Shailesh Lodha had also clarified that there is nothing like this between him and Dilip Joshi. He also mentioned that their relationship is much stronger than their on-screen bond.
