Lok Sabha office has listed all the 19 Shiv Sena MPs as one group including those who are not supporting Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla recognised Rahul Shewale as Shiv Sena's floor leader in the lower house of parliament in place of Vinayak Raut. Earlier, Eknath Shinde's faction had written to the Election Commission (EC) requesting it to recognise their camp as the real 'Shiv Sena'. The development came after 12 of the 19 Sena MPs shifted their loyalty to Shinde and declared their colleague Rahul Shewale as their leader in the Lower House.
