Twinkle has a witty birthday wish for Akshay Kumar reveals a friend got halwa cake like the one his mother made

Akshay Kumar turned a year older today and everyone has been sending good wishes his way. The actor, while has been showered with birthday love, wife Twinkle Khanna was no behind in sending him love either. In fact, she made sure to include her witty caption and yet, make an adorable wish out of it.

Sharing a photo with Akshay, Twinkle wrote, "The Birthday Boy who wins at every game! Yes, he beat me at Backgammon. Then he annihilated an Oxford chap and a tag team of four players, all against him, in a game of, wait for this, Scrabble! The best part, a friend got him a halwa cake just like the one his mother used to make for him every year on his birthday. Happy Birthday my Scrabble Master."

Soon after, Akshay dropped a comment on the post as well and he thanked Twinkle for the wish with a heart. Meanwhile, Namrata Shirodhkar also wished him in the comments. She wrote, "Happy happy birthday AK lots of love and blessings."

On the work front, Akshay was most recently seen in Cuttputlli on Disney+ Hotstar. The movie has received a lot of love so far, and in fact, managed to be the talk on social media as well.

Before that, he was seen in Raksha Bandhan, yet another much talked about film. The movie, however, failed to work at the box office and in fact, also witnessed a lot of criticism come its way owing to the premise of the movie. Akshay, a while ago, did speak about the films not working at the box office, and did in fact, take responsibility for the same.

Next up, Akshay has Ram Setu, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, among other films, making his schedule as packed as always.
