Allahabad University will remain closed tomorrow, on August 12, 2022 as per a new notice released. A holiday tomorrow at University of Allahabad notice has been issued by the competent authorities. This is because the university has decided to observe Raksha Bandhan tomorrow, instead of today - August 11, 2022.

Allahabad University released an official notice informing everyone that all colleges will stay open today - August 11, 2022. It has been informed to everyone that the in the calendar, a holiday for Rakhi will only be observed tomorrow. Today will be a normal working day for everyone and there will be no change in the same.

Further, on account of a holiday tomorrow and working today, Allahabad University has also said that there will be no change in the schedule of exams and all will be held as per the pre-determined schedule.

The official tweet reads, "The university will now remain closed on 12 August 2022 instead of 11 August 2022 on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. On August 11, work will be done in universities and colleges. There is no change in the exam date and they will be according to the pre-determined schedule."

This time, the date for Raksha Bandhan has created confusion for everyone. While some believe that the festival is being observed today, other believe that it will be observed tomorrow. Due to this confusion, many places of work and even educational institutions have decided to observe the day, as per their consensus. Taking this into account, University of Allahabad decided to observe it tomorrow.
