New Delhi: Actor-model Milind Soman is a known yoga enthusiast. However, the fitness icon of India does not shy away from trying his hand with various workout forms such as cardio and weight training along with high-intensity interval workouts as well. However, despite being an inspiration for several people, he is not an advocate of being rough on self to achieve fitness goals. In a recent Instagram post, he spoke about how he built his enviously-perfect triceps. Through the caption, he shared with followers what he does exactly in terms of workout for the chiselled physique.
“People often ask me how I built my triceps, which I am showing off over here, there is no substitute for hard work but it doesn't have to be that hard either ! Just one minute of pushups every day can get you started, and then you can progress to many varieties of pushups, including hand stand pushups, you can make it as hard as you want, big tip - be regular and be patient,” he wrote.
In the post, he stressed the importance of doing push-ups regularly and trying their various forms over time.
