During a promotional event for this soon-to-be-released Shamshera, Ranbir was asked about his reaction to ‘Love Storiya’ memes. Replying to the same with a smile on his face, the Kapoor lad said, “No, it’s great! See listen, we as filmmakers and artists create something and it is up to the audience to receive it how they do. We are very excited about the song and it’s got a lot of love.”
“Today, memes and trolling is all part of life and it’s fine as long as people enjoy the song, Pritam’s music and Arijit Singh’s singing. I want them to enjoy my chemistry with Alia and that’s what the endeavour is,” Ranbir added.
Meanwhile, Kesariya had extraordinary anticipation prior to its release as its teaser received an overwhelming response when it was first shared in April by Ayan Mukerji to congratulate Ranbir and Alia on their marriage.
Brahmastra Part One: Shiva marks the maiden on-screen collaboration between Ranbir and Alia. The Karan Johar-backed film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles and will hit the screens on September 9.
