In the first Cabinet meeting held after assuming power on Thursday, Shinde overturned the previous Uddhav Thackeray-led government’s decision of moving the Metro 3 car shed from Aarey in Mumbai.Uddhav Sena moves SC seeking suspension of the 16 rebel MLAs against whom disqualification proceedings were initiated. The SC has ordered that let the proceedings be underway in the house first, thereafter the matter will be heard, so the SC has refused to intervene when the new government will be taking its vote of confidence in the house.
