While Arjun Kapoor may be known for his larger than life personality and gregarious persona, earlier today, the Ek Villain Returns actor shared a poignant note on trauma survivors on his Instagram Stories. However, this is not the first time the actor has opened up on facing trauma.
Earlier today, Arjun shared a note on trauma penned by Ecuadorian author Diego Perez who goes by the name Yung Pueblo. In the note shared by Arjun, the author spoke of how not enough credit is given to those who have revived themselves after almost drowning in trauma.
The note reads, "People who have revived themselves after almost completely drowning in trauma do not get enough credit. Even though the pain was massive they did not stay stagnant or bitter. They knew the only way out was the path of healing and they used it to start a new life."

The actor had once earlier spoken about trauma, when interacting with a popular portal, he had opened up about becoming soft targets who give publicity. “What happens is you get troubled through various different ways and today through social media the emotional trauma and torture that our families have to go through who are also part of the social spectrum and it is unfair. You asked for an opinion because you feel we have an opinion we share it and we get castrated,” the actor said.
"If the freedom of speech is part of our constitution and if we’re a democratic country; then, nobody should be scared to give an opinion," the actor was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Arjun recently commented on Varun Dhawan's description of him on Koffee With Karan. The actor had dropped a few images from Glasgow and when Varun reacted to it, writing, "Kya insan ho aap," Arjun replied, "@varundvn tumhare koffee peete peete meri diye gaye description ke bilkul opposite insan hoon main."
