Anuj leaves to meet Vanraj. Kavya sees them and decides to follow them. They meet with an accident and Anupamaa rushes to see Anuj.

The latest episode of Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupamaa begins with Anupamaa getting worried about Anuj as he leaves to meet Vanraj. Anuj promises to Anupamaa that he will return soon. Ankush sees Anuj leaving and calls someone. Kavya also sees Anuj leaving and goes behind him.
Anuj goes to his car but sees Vanraj already sitting on the driver's seat. He goes to the other side and sits in the car. Kavya decides to follow them. Choti Anu asks Anupamaa where is Anuj. Anupamaa says that Anuj will be back soon.

Vanraj drives rashly as usual while Anuj sits beside him. Kavya gets worried and keeps following them. Anupamaa and the others perform aarti. Suddenly, Samar gets a call from the police. They inform him that there were two people sitting in Anuj Kapadia's car and have fallen off the hill.

Everyone gets shocked hearing this. Anupamaa gets shocked and immediately leaves to see Anuj. She drives the car fast while her family comes behind her. Anupamaa reaches the accident spot and shouts taking Anuj's name.
Samar and the others come near Anupamaa. Ankush sees Kavya there and gets shocked. The inspector then informs them that the car was not damaged so Anuj and Vanraj must’ve fallen from the cliff after getting out of the car. He informs them that Kavya had called them and everyone get shocked.
They start asking Kavya what had happened. She breaks down and Anupamaa also asks her the same. Kavya is about to reveal the truth when the ambulance arrives. The police bring up Anuj and Vanraj and take them straight to the ambulance.
Anupamaa and Kavya break down seeing Anuj and Vanraj. The police asks them to come to the City Hospital. They all reach the hospital and Ankush keeps calling Adhik. Kinjal and Pakhi worry about Anuj and Vanraj.
