Janhvi Kapoor is 'thrilled' on her sister Khushi Kapoor's debut with The Archies, says 'She wanted this so badly'

Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor's sister Khushi Kapoor is set to make her debut in the Hindi film industry with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. The younger daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and late superstar Sridevi, Khushi will be making her debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda.

Khushi's elder sister Janhvi, who has already made a name for herself in the industry, recently opened up about her little sister making her debut. The Mr And Mrs Mahi actress also revealed that she once visited their outdoor shoot recently.

Janhvi told India Today during a conversation, "I am so happy and thrilled. I have visited their outdoor shoot once briefly, their energy is so pure and I think they're making something that's from the heart and something that people are going to love. These kids are so talented and so hard-working."

The Good Luck Jerry actress also spoke about how her sister Khushi has been "working tirelessly" for the role and wanted it "so badly". Janhvi was quoted saying by the publication, "I've seen my sister work tirelessly and work really hard and she's auditioning for this role. She wanted this so badly, I'm just so happy for her and I hope it goes well."

Well, being in the show business always has its pros and cons. While one can gain immense popularity by featuring in a movie, they can also be a the receiving end of several trolls online. Talking about the same, the Bawaal actress said, "If anyone says anything bad about her, all these trolls, I am gonna screw them up. I swear, I hate them."

Meanwhile, talking about Janhvi Kapoor's upcoming projects, the actress has a number of projects lined up in her kitty. Her next film Good Luck Jerry is set to premiere on Disney+Hotstar on July 29, 2022. She will also be witnessed featuring opposite Varun Dhawan in Bawaal, Mili and Mr And Mrs Mahi.
