Vinayak's illness is blamed on Bhavani, who receives an angry response from Virat. He reprimands her for having Vinayak endure all of the sufferings before becoming upset and leaving. After being stunned by his actions, Bhavani declares that Sai is unlucky for them. She claims that ever since they heard her name in their home, problems have arisen.
While Pakhi makes an effort to soothe Bhavani. She also apologises for Virat's actions, saying that he was only thinking about Vinayak. She tells Bhavani that Virat never intended for what he said to her to be taken literally and begs the latter not to take it personally.
Bhavani nods in agreement with Pakhi's assertion. While Virat travels to get his son the best physicians, she becomes enraged when she thinks about Sai. Savi decides to call Vinayak since he misses him in the meanwhile. As Pakhi was holding Vinayak's phone, the call came in. The name is also seen by Ashwini and Bhavani, who implore Pakhi not to accept it.
Pakhi is coerced by Bhavani to end her call to Savi and request that the number be deleted. She declares that avoiding Sai and Savi is best for their family. Savi regrets it and informs Sai that Vinayak is not picking up her phone. Sai begs her to put Vinayak behind her, but the latter refuses. Sai grows upset as she begins to weep.
As Jagtap inquires about Sai booking tickets, Usha meets him. She informs him that he has finally decided to go back to Nagpur. Hearing about it hurts Jagtap, but he pretends to be happy, saying that Savi would soon meet her biological father. While he conceals her suffering from them, Sai ignores Jagtap and leaves the area.
While Vinayak continues to insist on only receiving treatment from Sai, Virat brings physicians into his room. The man rejects Virat's attempts to explain to him and claims that he has defeated physicians. As Vinayak continues to use Sai's name, Virat becomes enraged and the doctor tells him to stop.
Pakhi attempts to massage her son with Sai's herbal paste out of worry for him. She is startled when Virat throws it aside in a fit of rage. While Pakhi sobs for her son's situation, he cautions her from using any of Sai's products. She challenges Ashwini and points out how Virat and she struggled for Sai to pursue his education, and now that she is one of the top medical professionals, they are refusing to let her treat Vinayak.
While Ninad attempts to calm him down, Virat too tears up when he sees how his kid is acting. The latter provides Virat recommendations and reassures him that everything will be well. While Virat maintains his stance that he won't allow Sai to heal his son. Meanwhile, Virat comes up with a different approach to explain it to Vinayak in order to persuade him to agree with his parents' choice. Finally, he consents and makes a commitment to Virat.
When Pakhi sees her son's suffering, she sobs and talks about it with Ashwini, who tells her not to use Sai's name. Bhavani becomes enraged when Harini confronts her and tells her that she cannot manage everyone's lives. Vinayak stumbles from his bed as Pakhi worries about him. He begs her not to worry and reassures her that everything will be well. She becomes moved to watch him and resolves to do something radical for Vinayak.
Precap - When Sai arrives to sell Pakhi's ring, Pakhi asks Virat to pick out a necklace for her. When Virat sees her, he purposefully has Pakhi wear jewelry that announces their wedding anniversary. Sai gives them a brief glance before walking away with her ring while claiming that it is no longer valuable. Sai is also seen by Pakhi, who chooses her ring. She examines it first, followed by the latter.
