However, the biggest update was Bigg Boss sharing Sumbul and her father's conversation with the entire house, resulting in chaos. While everyone in the house was against the telly actress only one contestant stood by her and former contestant Gauahar Khan couldn't help but show her appreciation.

After appearing on the show once before, Sumbul’s father called the Imlie star during a recent episode. Advising Sumbul to stay away from co-contestants Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot, he chided the actress and cursed out the duo.

Following the conversation, Bigg Boss unveiled the footage from Sumbul's phone call with her dad as the call was made on ‘humanitarian grounds’ but the star’s father had used it for ‘najaiz faeda’ (wrong reasons).

As expected, Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot were furious upon hearing the call, even punching and kicking things around the house. While most of the members of the house started coming at Sumbul, only one showed an understanding toward her, and that was Shiv Thakare.

An avid watcher of the show, Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan had a lot to say about the latest episode. “Sadly sumbuls father has put a target on Sumbuls back himself! He has destroyed her perception on his own. I feel bad for her. She’s being subjected to peoples judgments tooooooo much! Everyone is having a go at her!” she tweeted.

Additionally, when a netizen commented that Shiv Thakare was the only person to console Sumbul and calm her like a big brother, Gauahar couldn’t help but show her appreciation for the reality show star. “Correct! He really was reasonable,” she commented.

Not only her but many netizens have also praised Shiv for how he treated Sumbul.

Meanwhile, Sumbul's father has requested fans of the actor to vote her out of the house, saying, “The girl who is in the house is not my daughter. She has lost her positivity and happiness. I don’t want her to go through any grief again.”
