1. Garware Tech: Shares of India's Garware Technical Fibers climb as much as 4.2% to its highest level in a month after ICICI Direct initiated a buy rating on the company providing technical textile solutions. Share of exports in revenues jumped to ~63% in FY21 from ~30% mainly due to immense success in global salmon aquaculture market
2. HDFC Bank: Received Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) approval for the merger of Housing Development Finance Corporation with the lender, according to a regulatory filing. The merger remains subject to various other statutory and regulatory approvals.
3. Marksans Pharma: Share price rises as company said its board is set to consider a proposal for share buyback on July 8, 2022. The board of directors to consider the proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company.
4. Cipla: Company announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) at the Company's Indore plant from 27 June 2022 to 1 July 2022. The Company has received 2 observations on FDA Form 483.
5. Vedanta: The Mining giant reported a 3% increase in its aluminium production to 5,65,000 Tonnes in the April-June quarter of the ongoing fiscal. The company's total production of saleable steel declined by 7 per cent to 2,69,000 Tonnes over 2,89,000 Tonnes YoY.
6. Angel One: Shares of Angel One rally after the Mumbai-based retail brokerage said that its client base had nearly doubled in the year through June.
7. PTC India Financial: Stock jumps by record on satisfactory audit report. PTC India Services rallied as much as 20%, the highest daily increase on record, after the firm said in a filing that its company-appointed auditor had issued a “satisfactory” report.
8. Tata Steel Long & MMTC: Surges after completing sale of stake in Neelachal Ispat shares of MMTC jumped the most in more than a week after completing the transfer of about 50% stake in Neelachal Ispat Nigam to Tata Steel Long Products.
9. Ujjivan Small Fin Bank: April-June advances 194.1 Billion rupees, up 6.9% QoQ. Total deposits as of June 30 at 184.3 Billion rupees. Collection efficiency for May-June at 99%. CASA as on June 30 at 51.5 Billion rupees.
10: M&M Finance: Company continued its momentum with a disbursement of Rs. 3,750 crores, up 115% YoY. Collection efficiency (CE) was at 96% for June 2022 vs 90% June 2021. CE for Q1 FY23 is estimated at 94%, the highest ever in recent history.
