Chavans express their sympathies for Pakhi and their regret for her situation. Pakhi has the full legal authority to parent Vinayak because she gave birth to him, according to Bhavani. She accepts Sonali's offer, and she then asks whether she wants to give Pakhi Vinayak. Sai is stunned by this and says she won't give her child to anybody. Sai's supporter Ashwini says that it is wrong to award Pakhi custody of Sai and Virat's child. Pakhi arrives there at that time with tearful eyes. She insists on taking Vinayak with her. Sai rejects her plea in response.

Pakhi is confronted by Sai, who points out that she was only the surrogate. She asserts that Pakhi cannot take her child, but Bhavani stands up for Pakhi and begs Sai to stop. She advises the latter not to be ungrateful to Pakhi because she was the cause of Sai and Virat's happiness. In the meantime, Pakhi begins her emotional ordeal and says that she will never be able to have children of her own.

Pakhi wonders why Chavans rescued her life when she is lonely and ready to give up on life. She claims that Sai has Virat, who adores her dearly, that Samrat died as a result of her, and that she is now stealing Vinayak from her as well. She asks the latter to give her the child.

Ashwini tries to explain to Bhavani and Pakhi that the baby is Sai's and that she is not permitted to give it to anyone else. Ashwini is reminded by Bhavani that when rearing Virat or Devyani, they never used to make a distinction between them. Sai, though, is insistent that Virat speak.

Virat explains that since Bhavani and Pakhi are correct, he cannot argue with them. He claims that Pakhi has assisted them in getting their child and that he cannot be unappreciative to her. He also explains to Sai why Pakhi needs a purpose to live and forbids her from taking the baby from Pakhi since she will perish without him.

While Sai says she would do whatever to have her kid back, Pakhi is ecstatic to have the baby. She says that she made the decision to start a fresh beginning with Pakhi during delivery, ignoring all of their previous arguments, and she goes on to say that Pakhi doesn't deserve it. She threatens Pakhi and says she will now deal with the worst. While everyone watches, Sai directly warns Pakhi.

Precap - Pakhi is placed under custody by Sai, who also accuses her of breaking the law and deceiving both the physicians and the family. Everyone gasps in horror as they watch the police officer take Pakhi into custody and remove her from the residence. Virat attempts to convince Sai that he is right and begs her to take the case back, but she refuses and issues a warning to everyone that if they attempt to assist Pakhi, she will also file a complaint against them. Sai responds that if Virat pressures her again, she will leave the house with her child and asks him to calm down.
