Virat Kohli might be struggling for runs at the moment but that has not stopped him from still being one of the most animated characters on the field. Kohli, who is known to be among the most talkative players in world cricket was the centre of attention of the third day of play at Edgbaston in the ongoing Test match between India and England.
In the first session of play on Sunday (July 3), Kohli was spotted having an heated exchange of words with Jonny Bairstow. As the Indian pace bowlers tried to dismiss the explosive English batter, the ex-Indian captain tried to get under his skin and sledged him from the slip cordon.
Later in the session, Indian captain Jasprit Bumrah pulled off an incredible catch to send English skipper Ben Stokes back to the dressing room. Standing at mid-off, the star pacer's dream match got even better as he dived towards the left and held on to a spectacular catch from Shardul Thakur's bowling. Both Bumrah and Shardul had dropped Stokes earlier in the innings.
While Bumrah's catch was one of the finest of the series, it was Kohli's celebration that went viral all across social media. The former India captain roared and jumped in joy as he rushed towards Bumrah alongside his teammates to celebrate the massive wicket.

Following a tough start to the day with both Stokes and Bairstow looking solid at the crease, it was a massive wicket for Team India in the context of the game. Stokes' innings came to an end after he made 25 runs in 36 balls. The dismissal has not effected Bairstow, who is closing in on a century. Before rain interrupted play, England were 200/6 with Bairstow unbeaten at 88 on the crease. The hosts still trail India by 216 runs.
