Nine-year-old Prince George, who is now the second in line to the throne, had an unexpected royal comeback after a spat with one of his classmates. Royal author Katie Nicholl mentioned in her book, 'The New Royals' that Prince George told his classmate to "watch out" as his "dad will be a king."
“My dad will be king so you better watch out,” the prince said in a warning to his classmate after a spat.
Further, Nicholl wrote in her book about the way Prince William and Kate Middleton raised their kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, so that they understand monarchy and "their duties".

George's 'killer' comeback

"They are raising their children, particularly Prince George, with an awareness of who he is and the role he will inherit, but they are keen not to weigh them down with a sense of duty," Nicholl wrote.
"George understands he will one day be king and as a little boy sparred with friends at school, outdoing his peers with the killer line: "My dad will be king so you better watch out."
'Battle of Brothers' author Robert Lacey said that around his seventh birthday, the royal couple told Prince George that he will be a king one day and briefed him about his role as King of England.
“William’s aim as a father, the prince stressed, was to give his son a normal family upbringing, enabling the monarchy to stay relevant and keep up with modern times,” Lacey wrote, according to reports.
