Haryana Agniveer recruitment: 14 candidates caught with forged admit cards

Some candidates' barcodes didn't match upon scanning. After this, when the army interrogated them strictly, everyone accepted that they had come to clear the physical test in place of someone else. Hisar: Under the ‘Agniveer-Agnipath' recruitment scheme, 14 fake cases have been caught on Friday in the ongoing army recruitment in Hisar. In these cases, attempts were made to recruit with fake or tampered admit cards, but all were caught as soon as the bar code on the admit card and Aadhaar card was scanned at the recruitment site.
After this, when the army interrogated them strictly, everyone accepted that they had come to clear the physical test in place of someone else. The Recruitment Director of Hisar Army Recruitment Office said that the candidates of Fatehabad participated in the Army Recruitment Rally, Dainik Bhaskar reported.
The recruitment process started on 12th August. When the recruitment process started on Friday morning, the barcoding was scanned on the admit cards of all the candidates. Aadhar card is biometric link.
When scanned, fraud was found. 14 candidates were found fake and all are from Fatehabad. Everyone made fraud by cropping the admit card with the help of a computer.
When all the 14 candidates were strictly questioned as soon as they were caught, they started crying out saying their future will be spoiled. They are from poor homes, so they did such an act to get employment.
The officers noted down everyone's address, disqualified them permanently and sent them away with a warning.
For the first time in the country, in the Hisar district of Haryana, the Army has started the recruitment of Agniveers under the Agnipath scheme. This recruitment rally will run till August 29. There will be a written examination on 16 October in Cantt.
