Ola S1 electric scooter may receive a new colour option soon.

Ola Electric will soon launch a new model in the country on August 15th, India's 76th Independence Day. The company has teased the silhouette of its Ola S1 electric scooter, indicating that the battery-powered vehicle could be launched in a new shade of green colour.
The company CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, took to Twitter to make the new announcement. Aggarwal wrote "On 15th August, we’ll be revealing the greenest EV we’ve made! Any guesses?"
While previously it was speculated that Ola might lift the curtains off the new electric car which is under development for quite some time now. However, the latest post clears the air around the speculations.
Bhavish has previously tweeted, "Super excited to announce a new product this 15th August! Will also share more about our BIG future plans!! Do watch the livestream. Sharing time and link soon."
Needless to say, such a post directly hints at a big development from Ola Electric, however, it is quite not clear what the new product could be.
The upcoming EV model could get a new camouflage green livery, as suggested by the available details. The addition of the new colour will only add to the already thriving colour palette of the scooter which is available in options such as red, white, yellow, green, black and more. However, chances are that the new scooter could also be more than just a new colour update. Teaser details such as 'greenest ev' could mean the scooter can also receive a new significant update making it more efficient, or Ola could roll out a new limited edition variant.
More details on the scooter are to be made available in the next few days.
