KWK7 finale: Here's why Arjun Kapoor said it is time to make 'Koffee With Karan and Arjun'

The thirteenth and final episode of Koffee With Karan Season 7 featured Tanmay Bhatt, Danish Sait, Kusha Kapila and Niharika NM as they graced the coveted Koffee couch for a hilarious conversation and act as jury for the KWK 7 awards.

During the show, the jury unanimously decided that Arjun Kapoor was undoubtedly the best male celebrity to grace the Koffee couch this season. While initially Kusha Kapila and Niharika wanted Vicky Kaushal to win, Danish Sait was the first to propose the name of Arjun Kapoor.

Reasoning his choice, Danish said, "Becasue beside the fun he is, he was also very vulnerable on the show," something which Tanmay agreed. Danish added, "Like when he spoke about stress eating, this and that, I thought he was so human on the show. You could just tell he is a really nice guy."

Kusha too agreed stating that one does not get a lot of actors who are comfortable talking about such vulnerabilities and body image issues, taking the Vicky Kaushal answer back. At this point even Niharika added that she loves Arjun Kapoor and does not mind him winning. Danish added that celebs come and go and Arjun Kapoor is the only constant on the show.

Karan called up Arjun to congratulate the actor. On informing the actor and asking him how does it feel that the jury has unanimously voted for him, Arjun said, "I genuinely feel happy and I think Karan, now is the time to make Koffee with Karan and Arjun." The actor said hat he should have attended the awards.

"Even after working for 10 years, when people meet me, they say, we loved your performance in Koffee With Karan," the actor went on to add. “I am very happy that people appreciated my honest side,” the actor said.

The show also saw Niharika saying that another actor who could be a contender was Vijay Deverakonda. The content creator stated that Vijay did give scandalous answers on the show, which is a rarity for South actors.
