Today (August 13) marks the birth anniversary of Sridevi and her husband Boney Kapoor has shared a heartfelt note on Instagram. Sharing an unseen photo with his late wife, he wrote, "Happy birthday jaan" accompanied with a cake and several heart emoticons.
In the happy photo, the couple can be seen posing while they are on a vacation in a picturesque location. Sridevi can be seen hugging Boney as he sits on a table for his meal.

For the unversed, Sridevi got married to Boney Kapoor in 1996. In an old interview, Boney Kapoor had recalled that he first saw Sridevi in the 70s while she was shooting for a Tamil film. They later interacted when she was shooting for Mr India alongside Anil Kapoor.
Boney revealed in an interview with Filmfare that he and Sridevi got married in June 1996, but it became public in January 1997. He said, "We went through our own turmoil as we had our individual situations to face, she had her family and I had mine . But we had each other for comfort. We supported each other and dealt with it with a sense of calm. Sri conducted herself with dignity."
