The first part of the final season of Netflix hit show Stranger Things is dropping on May 27. While all of us a curious to know how does the series end for El and those around us, turns out there is one person who has known all along how the series will conclude. David Harbour, who plays Hopper on the show has said that he has known for years the finale plot for Stranger Things but added that he is not out to spoil the show for anybody. The second part of the season finale will release on July 1.
For the unversed, Stranger Things follows the adventures of a bunch of youngsters from a small town called Hawkins in Indiana. Their lives take a turn when they lose one of their own to a shadowy, evil dimension called Upside Down. The show is a heady mix of fantasy, horror and sci-fi and has an ensemble cast of which David essays the role of Jim Hopper, the adoptive dad of El, the girl with telekinesis.
During a recent conversation with Variety, David opened up about his character, stating, What happens to Hopper? Is he a character that’s able to survive Hawkins or does he die?' I know what happens and it’s quite moving, and quite beautiful.”

The actor added that early on when they were shooting the first season for Stranger Things, he had told the makers of the hsow, Duffer Brothers, that he needed to know how the whole show ended.
The actor revealed he needed to know what they were shooting, adding, "I needed to know where he ends up and for what reason he ends up there. I think there is going to be somewhat of a morality — or at least responsible storytelling — to what the Duffers are doing."
However, the actor clarified that he will not reveal the big spoiler. “I will hold this one to my grave, I promise. This is a big one,” he added.
Recently the show shared the first eight minutes of episode 1 of season 4, which showed Eleven's rampade at the Hawkins facility.
