Heaps of cash valued around Rs 10 crore & two vehicles seized from four persons in Vellore district

In a major crackdown, police in Tamil Nadu seized heaps of cash valued at around Rs 10 crore and two vehicles that were being transported from Chennai to Kerala. The heap of cash and a Hyundai i10 car was being carried in an Ashok Leyland lorry. After intercepting the shipment, police arrested the gang of four persons in Tamil Nadu's Vellore district. An investigation into the seizure revealed that the money was collected from Chennai. The shipment was set to be delivered to Coimbatore and Kerala's Calicut.Read More
